Getting Here
The home is located in the Rivers Call community in Vinings/Atlanta, just off I-285 and Paces Ferry Road. Easy access from both I-285 and I-75.

From I-285 West: Take Exit 18 (Paces Ferry Rd). Turn right onto Paces Ferry Rd. Continue approx. 1.5 miles, then turn left onto Rivers Call Blvd.

From I-285 East: Take Exit 18 (Paces Ferry Rd). Turn left onto Paces Ferry Rd. Continue approx. 1.5 miles, then turn left onto Rivers Call Blvd.

From I-75 South: Merge onto I-285 West toward Birmingham. Take Exit 18 (Paces Ferry Rd) and follow directions above.

From Downtown Atlanta: Head northwest on I-75 N, merge onto I-285 West, take Exit 18 and follow directions above.
Parking
Street parking is available along Rivers Call Blvd and in the surrounding neighborhood. Please be courteous to neighbors and do not block driveways. Overflow parking may be available nearby — follow any posted signage on the day of the sale.
Sale Rules
- All sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- No holds, layaways, or reserves of any kind.
- First-come, first-served. Items are sold to the first buyer who pays.
- Cash and all major credit cards accepted. No checks.
- Buyers are responsible for removal of all purchased items.
- Large furniture must be removed the same day of purchase.
- Please bring your own help for loading and moving large pieces.
- Children must be supervised at all times inside the home.
- No pets allowed inside the home.
- Prices are firm — no negotiating on individual items.
